Missing the potential

A year ago, our ancient (5 year-old) computer died. We bought a new one with all the bells and whistles and set it up right where the old one had been. I was happy. I could still do everything I had done on the old computer. A few months into owning this state-of-the-art piece of equipment, my son stood behind me as I was sitting at the kitchen table paying bills. “Mom, you could pay those online, you know.” Wow, what a timesaver, and safer than sending checks through the mail. Each week or so, I discover something this computer does that simplifies an area of my life, from reminders to doing my year-end taxes. Until my son began enlightening me, I had been doing things as I had always done and missed the potential right in front of me.

If you are an AIM Member and you have not considered working toward Director, you are missing the life-enhancing potential available to you. Reaching the title of Director opens doors for you, not available on the beginning rungs of the Opportunity Compensation Plan.

Did you know that as an AIM Director you

• Receive 18% in commissions on your personal purchases (PV) and those of your Wholesale Members and Express Customers (the highest percentage paid on these volumes)? Your commissions on everyone else in your downline increases from 3 – 6% as well. This adds up. During a 12-month period, if your Group Volume is 3000 GV per month, a 6% increase in a year is $2,160.
• Become eligible for the Director Growth Bonus Pool (DGBP)? This increases your monthly income potential by as much as $1,400 or more.
• Become eligible for the Three-deep Bonus Pool (TDBP)? In August 2005, the hard working recipients of this bonus earned an additional $525 to $2,400!
• Retain your title for as long as you maintain your Membership. Whether you choose to build a business each month or have times when you are only using the products, you continue to receive 18% commission on your personal purchases.

Steps to Director

Setting goals and taking steps in several areas will put you in the Director’s chair.

• PV: To be eligible for all Director commissions and bonuses. Set your goal to have 300 PV every month. This represents the equivalent of three Garden Trios® and three jars of AIM Herbal Fiberblend®.
• GV: To promote to Director you need to accumulate 6,000 BVP in a three consecutive month period. Set your goal for 3,000 GV per month and you will not only make Director but will qualify for both the DGBP and TDBP. If you want to make the maximum on the DGBP increase your goal to 10,000 GV per month.
• Customer base: Develop a customer base that provides for your monthly GV. For example, if your goal is 3,000 BVP, then you need at least 30 customers and downline Members ordering 100 BVP per month. A solid base of repeat customers is a must to a successful AIM business.
• Downline team: Create a team with Members in your downline who also want to make the most of their AIM potential. Help them build their customer base (which will also contribute to your GV). Working together makes the process more fun. Important note: As Members of your team head toward Director, it is important to begin replacing their volume with new customers, as they will “break away” once they hit Director. Your opportunity to make the most of the compensation plan will really expand at this time, since you will now be able to take advantage of the Three Deep Bonus Pool on your newly promoted Director’s volume, while still reaping the rewards of your ever growing customer base.

The DGBP increases your bonus income potential by $1,400 or more per month.
