One of the biggest obstacles new Members face is figuring out how to grow their AIM businesses. AIM realizes that the Opportunity Compensation Plan can look intimidating from the bottom rung. That is why the company has developed a lucrative program for new and current Members to move forward and upward financially. Introducing $mart$tart™.
The concept is simple: When any Member sponsors a new addition to the AIM family, he or she will get a 20 percent cash bonus on the BVP of the first order, up to 300 BVP, in addition to Ladder commissions. That means if a new Member orders 100 BVP worth of products on his or her first order, the sponsor gets $20. It’s that easy. The best part is that any AIM Member can do it. It’s not a requirement to be a commission-earning Member, so the non-commission earning Members also have an incentive to grow. In other words, Wholesale Members can also earn the 20 percent bonus. Express Customers, however, are not eligible for the program.
$mart$tart™ will be implemented July 1 of this year to provide new Members with a boost to start climbing the Opportunity Compensation Plan and help current Members to continue to scale it. The goal of the program is to recognize Members of all titles who are actively growing their businesses and promoting a better life with the AIM products. Reaching prospects does pay off and with $mart$tart™ you will see the profits faster than ever.
$mart $tart™ will not only encourage you to sponsor a new Member, but imagine how powerful your testimony will be about getting bonus checks in the mail just for doing your job. The commission structure is designed to be a natural and realistic sequence of benchmarks for a Member to strive toward. Don’t let the Opportunity Compensation Plan be an obstacle, but a selling tool. $mart$tart™ is AIM’s way of getting cash in the hands of Members to reach higher levels of success.
But wait, there is more exciting news. The policy for automatic membership renewals has been changed. Beginning May 1, 2006, a current Member need only accumulate 50 BVP rather than the previous 300 BVP during a 12-month period to renew his or her membership for the following year. The revision will ensure that these Members are still eligible for the $mart$tart™ bonus and can benefit from sponsoring. This will also encourage Members with lower degrees of activity to develop their AIM businesses without membership fees and continue to enjoy the products at wholesale prices.
The $mart$tart™ program does have a few stipulations. To avoid Members purchasing through intermediaries and receiving a bonus for their own orders, products must be paid by and shipped to the new Member in order to be eligible. The current Member must also demonstrate his or her commitment to business building by fulfilling the established BVP commission qualification in the same month as the order of the new Member. For example, a Wholesale Member will qualify with any personal purchase with a BVP value or a Product Consultant must accumulate at least 75 BVP points before receiving the bonus. If a sponsor fails to qualify, no $mart$tart™ bonus will be awarded. Express Customers now have an even greater incentive to convert to Wholesale Members. Not only do they receive better pricing on products, but by becoming a Wholesale Member they can also be a part of the $mart$tart program and take advantage of the business opportunity it offers.
So, July 1 is a big day for AIM Members. Prepare to skyrocket toward the top of the Opportunity Compensation Plan with AIM’s new $mart$tart™ program. There has never been a better opportunity at The AIM Companies™ to move forward on the path to personal health and wealth.
Overview
Effective July 1, 2006, The AIM Companies™ will initiate a program designed to reward Members quickly for recruiting a new Member who places an order. It is called $mart$tart™. Details of the program include:
* All Members, regardless of their titles, who sponsor new Members have the opportunity to earn a $mart$tart™ Bonus (SSB).
* A reinstated Member does not count as a new Member for generating a SSB.
* Express Customers do not count as new Members for earning a SSB.
* A new Member assigned a sponsor through the Customer Connection Program (CCP) does not count as a new SSB Member for that sponsor.
* The first points order placed by a new Member is used for computing a SSB.
* The 20 percent SSB is computed on an initial order’s first 300 BVP; commission earnings based on the Opportunity Compensation Plan are paid based on the total BVP associated with an initial order.
* In order to receive a SSB, the sponsoring Member must have placed a qualifying order within the same month.
* Commission-earning sponsors will be qualified for a SSB by purchasing the personal BVP required for their title’s code in the Opportunity Compensation Plan.
* A sponsor with the title of Wholesale Member will also receive a SSB when he/she makes any personal purchase with BVP value, in the same month that he/she sponsors a new Member.
* If the sponsor is not qualified to receive a SSB, the bonus will not be paid.
* A SSB can only be earned by the sponsor and does not compress upline.
* An Express Customer who converts to Wholesale Member will count as a new Member for generating a SSB in the month of conversion if he/she also places an order with points under the new Member title in that same month.
* A newly sponsored Member will generate a SSB only once.
* As an added benefit, the qualification for an automatic free renewal has also been reduced from 300 personal BVP for a year to 50 personal BVP for a year.
* Each bonus paid out will be assessed to ensure that the Sponsor is in compliance with the AIM Member Agreement and Policies and Procedures.
* AIM staff members may be contacting new $mart$tart™ Members to ensure they are legitimate new Members, to welcome them to The AIM Companies™, and to assist them in any way in understanding the company, AIM products, and AIM business opportunities.
* Manipulation of the $mart$tart™ program may result in termination of the membership.
