AIM's Support Centre Representatives can help you when your sponsor or up line is not available. They are able to answer product and business questions, as well as questions on ordering. They can also help you with questions on monthly Volume Rebate Statements, Bonus Volume Points and contests and conventions. Simply call AIM on +27 11 675-0477.

To make it as easy as possible for you to run your business, AIM provides four ways for you to place orders: by phone, mail, fax and e-mail. If you are ordering for the first time, we suggest that you ask your sponsor to help you. If this is not possible, call our Customer Care Representatives on 27 11 675-0477.
You may order products in singles, 6-pack and 24 pack quantities. Special packs are also available. Parcels are shipped out using different courier options. Members will be responsible for selecting the best option suited for them. Delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected. For a comprehensive list of the courier options as well as delivery times and cost contact the Support Centre or the person who introduced you to AIM.

HOURS OF BUSINESS AND MONTH-END CUT-OFFS
AIM's Customer Care Centre is open to accept orders from 08H30 to 16H30. Monday through to Friday.
The month-end cutoff is the last business day of the month. If you want an order credited to the current month, you must order before 15H30 on the last business day of the month.
Orders placed after 16H30 will be credited to the following month
ORDERING - WHAT YOU NEED
- Your AIM ID number. This is assigned to you when you become a Member.
- Payment - You may pay for orders with a cheque or a credit card (MasterCard, Visa,
Diners Club, American Express). Please have your credit card
type, number, three security digits and expiration date ready before
calling. You may also deposit or transfer money into AIM South Africa's
Bank account and fax deposit slips for orders through to +27 11 675-0427
WAREHOUSE / SHIPPING
Meet the staff who are responsible for you receiving your orders.
AIM is committed to providing free, friendly and accurate service. All orders placed by 13h00 Monday to Friday will be shipped out the same day.
When you receive your order, please take time to check it against the packing slip or invoice that is included in your shipment. If you receive the wrong product, if a product is missing or if a product is damaged call our Customer Care Centre at +27 11 675 0477.
RETURNS AND THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
